Payment & Shipping Policy

• If product is in stock it will be dispatched against 100% payment and expected delivery will be within 3-4 working days from the payment date.
• Orders, are normally considered complete only after the payment has been received by the6c.com.
• In the event the bank rejects to honour any payment transaction made towards an order, the6c.com shall have the right to refuse to ship the order.
• Made to order means a jewellery design from our catalogue in a different size/color/purity than available in stock.
• Customized jewellery means a jewellery design which is not present in our catalogue and is exclusively created for the customer.
• A jewellery design from our catalogue with modifications (like adding/removing/modifying diamond shapes/color, adding/removing/modifying gemstones shapes/color, changes in the design etc) will also be treated as customized jewellery.
• For all made to order jewellery :
  • An estimate will be shared with the customer
  • The order will be accepted against 20% advance payment against the estimate.
  • Made to order takes approx. 25-30 days for production and certification after placing an order.
  • Once the order is ready a final invoice (with actual metal weight and diamond price) will be shared with the customer for balance payment.
  • Once the final payment is received expected delivery will be within 3-4 working days from the payment date.
  • If a customer cancels a made-to-order jewellery order, there will be a 100% deduction of the making charges of the estimate value before the refund is processed to the customer.
  • If a customer fails to make balance payment within 30 days of the final invoice is shared, the order will be considered as cancelled by the customer.

• For all customized jewellery :
  • The customer will share pictures or a drawing of their design.
  • A initial payment of INR 1000/- (One Thousand) needs to be paid by the customer for designing charges. The same will be deducted from the final invoice value of the order.
  • The pictures/drawings will be shared with our designing team and a digital design will be made according to the design given by the customer.
  • The digital design will be shared with the customer for approval/modifications (maximum 2 free modifications are included in the designing charges).
  • Once the digital design is approved by the customer an estimate will be shared.
  • The order will be accepted against 20% advance payment against the estimate.
  • It takes approx. 25-30 days for production and certification after placing an order.

We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
